Two hours is the minimum: I do not do shorter sessions. Steps two and three are optional, and if one session is not enough, we can do another.

Mostly, I work with brick-and-mortar businesses going through digitalization. The unglamorous kind. Paper forms, long WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets held together by one person's memory. I move that work into tools that run themselves.
